Arm Strength/Care/Velocity Program

These programs are built to collaborate velocity, arm strength, and mechanical improvement. We exercise the opinion that every athlete involved in baseball/softball regardless of position needs proper arm strength.

  • Youth Arm Strength and Velocity:
    • Designed for athletes ages 9-13
    • 1 hour programs once or twice a week for 12 weeks
    • Specific stretching, throwing, light arm strength, and recovery
  • Velocity and Arm Strength
    • Designed for athletes ages 14+
    • 2-3 workouts a week for 12 weeks
    • Specific throwing, strength and recovery training
    • Mental Game Strength
  • If the program is not for you, we also have monthly, weekly, and walk ins available
    • Every Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-6:30
