These programs are built to collaborate velocity, arm strength, and mechanical improvement. We exercise the opinion that every athlete involved in baseball/softball regardless of position needs proper arm strength.
- Youth Arm Strength and Velocity:
- Designed for athletes ages 9-13
- 1 hour programs once or twice a week for 12 weeks
- Specific stretching, throwing, light arm strength, and recovery
- Velocity and Arm Strength
- Designed for athletes ages 14+
- 2-3 workouts a week for 12 weeks
- Specific throwing, strength and recovery training
- Mental Game Strength
- If the program is not for you, we also have monthly, weekly, and walk ins available
- Every Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-6:30
