Arm Care / Strengthening / Recovery

These programs are built to collaborate velocity, arm strength, mechanical improvement, stretching and recovery. We exercise the opinion that every athlete involved in baseball/softball, regardless of position, needs proper arm strength.
- Youth Arm Strength and Velocity:
- Designed for athletes ages 9-13
- 1 hour programs 3x per week
- Specific stretching, throwing, light arm strength, and recovery
- Lower body and core training
- Velocity and Arm Strength
- Designed for athletes ages 14+
- 3 workouts a week
- Specific throwing, strength and recovery training
- Lower body and core training
- Mental Game Strength
