Background:

Courtney graduated from Manvel High School in 2012, lettering in softball and volleyball all four years. She played catcher and first base while in high school. She went on to play for Campbell University on scholarship. While at CU, she primarily caught, but also played first and third. After two years, she transferred back home to University of Houston to finish out her collegiate career. Since, Courtney has been a high school coach for 8 years and been a head coach 6 of them. She aims to not only teach the skills of the sport but the mental aspect and understanding of the game as well.
