Bat Speed Training

Playoff Performance implements the below in our Bat Speed Training. We work on generating power through our drive, weight transfer and drive through the zone.

  • Active WarmUp Stretching
  • Isolation and Tee Drills
  • Overload Weighted Bats
  • Under-load Weighted Bats
  • Normal Weighted Bats
  • 1Hour sessions
  • 2 nights a week
  • Monday and Wednesday
  • 7-8pm
